Refund policy

Our return policy states that refunds are not allowed, except in the case where the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will process a full refund.

Return Conditions (Only for defective or incorrect items)

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages & Issues

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges.

14-Day EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days only if the item is defective or incorrect.
The item must meet the same condition requirements stated above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
